Building a house with my dad, restarting the strawberry beds, running Bladrika today. I don't sell theory — the market garden system runs my own farm, and every new enterprise OS is proven with farmers who have dirt under their nails in that enterprise.

people, then tools

Years of leading teams and mission schools taught me that a system only works if the people using it love it. I listen first, build second, and teach until it sticks.

the masterclass

Richard Perkins' masterclass was formative for both of us — it's where Ida and I really learned regenerative agriculture: the practices, the enterprises, and systems thinking applied to a whole farm. Bladrika runs on what we learned there.
